Free UK Delivery on orders over £40
The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order based on the total parcel weight. All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail Signed For service or APC courier.
Orders under 2kg in weight may be sent by Royal Mail First or Second Class Signed For. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by next day Courier. At checkout, you will be presented the delivery options available for your order.

For mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands) delivery is free if you spend over £40.
We aim to get your order in the post the day after you order, though often the same day if you order before 2pm. Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing and 3 working days for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
We are currently unable to ship our CBD products outside the UK. As soon as this changes we will update our site.
Shipping in Hot Weather
By its nature chocolate melts when it gets hot, its one of the things we all love about that melt in the mouthfeel. This does also mean that shipping orders in hot weather can lead to our chocolates melting in transit. That said, we have shipped to many places in Europe during June, July and Aug with no issues.
We advise that you consider the local weather and any potential delays of your order while in transit. We do not take responsibility for melted chocolates and any losses in this respect are the buyers responsibility.
You may return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, providing that they are unopened and unused and in their original condition. See our No Quibble Returns process
In the rare situation of your ordering arriving damaged, we will offer a free replacement, providing the damage is reported within 72 hours of delivery.
